The Emporia State baseball team completed a sweep of first place Central Oklahoma with a doubleheader sweep Monday.

The Emporia State football team held their 10th spring practice of 15 Wednesday.

The National Football League officially announced its 2018 preseason schedule on Wednesday.

The Kansas City Chiefs will kick off their preseason slate at Arrowhead Stadium against the Houston Texans followed by back-to-back road contests against the Atlanta Falcons and Chicago Bears. Kansas City will close out the preseason at home against the Green Bay Packers. Dates and times will be announced as soon as they are finalized.
