Dr. Jen offers tips for improving length, quality of life

Want to give yourself a better chance of staying alive?

Then there is some information you need to know -- and some changes in your life that you may have to make.

Emporia State health promotions professor Dr. Jennifer Thomas made her monthly appearance on the KVOE Morning Show this week, saying it's vital you know certain information about yourself -- namely cholesterol levels, blood pressure numbers, blood sugar levels and body mass index.
