Folks attending the EVCO annual Food Show later this month will get a taste -- pun intended -- of a Hawaiian vacation.
EVCO Luau! is the theme for this year's food show, which is now set for March 21 at White Auditorium.
The food show lets EVCO customers meet face-to-face with vendors during the nearly eight-hour program. It also lets customers attend seminars and sample products.
The show is invitation-only for current or potential EVCO customers. EVCO serves institutional kitchens for places like schools, hotels, health care facilities and restaurants.
