Emporian Denise Wolford was briefly on the Today Show on Monday morning.
Wolford and a woman from Alabama were on to discuss their significant weight loss the past few years.
In 2011, Wolford weighed in at almost 350 pounds. Through Weight Watchers and a fitness program set up at the Emporia Recreation Center, Wolford lost almost two-thirds of her prior weight and is now maintaining at 129 pounds.
Wolford resolved to lose weight shortly after her daughter gave birth to the first of two grandsons. She's now a supervisor at the Lyon County Aging Services Department.
