Roy Mann is returning to Emporia State University.
Mann, who received his bachelor's and master's degrees from Emporia State and was the university's alumni relations director from 1995 to 2008, has now been named a development director for the ESU Foundation.
Mann earned a bachelor's in music education in 1979, following that with a master's in education administration in 1998. He has since been working at Newman Regional Health as the director of marketing and business development.
Mann's new work will center on the School of Library and Information Management, Teachers College and William Allen White Library to line up gifts for the Now & Forever campaign. Now & Forever is into its second full year of raising money and has generated over $28 million. The baseline goal over the next two to five years is $45 million with a "stretch" goal of $63 million.
