Sullivan is speaking at the Lyon County Republicans' monthly meeting, which begins at 7 pm at the Lyon County Courthouse Annex.

Sullivan has served as the state's budget director since June 2014. Prior to that, he was the state's hospital director for almost two years and also served as secretary for both the Kansas Department for Aging and Disability Services and its predecessor, the Department on Aging.
