Police Sgt. Lisa Sage says the man was arrested on suspicion of lewd and lascivious conduct late Saturday night after officers encountered him in the 500 block of Commercial.

The man's name has not been divulged. He was released with the case still open and under investigation. The case is being reviewed by City Attorney Christina Montgomery for possible legal action.
