Jorge Zapata-Grimaldo will have trial next Monday on rape and aggravated criminal sodomy charges following an alleged incident two years ago. He has a final pre-trial hearing Wednesday.
In addition, Zapata-Grimaldo has trial coming Feb. 13 following allegations from August 2015. That particular trial involves rape and attempted murder charges. Trial was supposed to take place last month but was delayed.
Zapata-Grimaldo had been on the Lyon County Wanted list from late 2015 to May last year, when he was arrested in Hidalgo, Texas.
