One man has been found guilty for his involvement in burglarizing at least one rural Lyon County address early this year.

A Lyon County jury found Nathyn Kennedy guilty this week. Kennedy had been facing charges of burglary of a non-dwelling, theft and criminal trespass. Sentencing is Aug. 3.

Kennedy was among four people arrested in January. One, Andrea Redburn, has pleaded no contest to criminal trespass and will be sentenced next month. Meanwhile, trial is pending for Dianna Lee, although she has a motion to suppress evidence June 22. Trial is set for July 30 for Clinton Moody. They are charged with burglary of a non-dwelling, theft and criminal trespass.
