The Kansas Supreme Court is holding a special session in ESU Webb Hall

ESU's Webb Hall will be the Kansas Supreme Court Room on October 3rd, while justices hear oral arguments for two cases to be ruled on.

Chair of the Social Sciences Department at Emporia State Michael Smith says any student who wants a career in a field affect by law, could find this a valuable learning opportunity.

Justice Eric Rosen will be holding a special informal Luncheon during the afternoon with ESU students, giving students a chance to learn more about the job itself.


The session will start at 6:30 P.M., with doors opening at 5:30. Seating is limited and a security check is required prior to entry.
