The Quebe Sisters bring classic country to the Granada Theatre

The trio of champion fiddle players helped the Granada raise money for those affected by Hurricane Harvey.

Executive Director Bryan Williams says that they plan to donate profits to Red Cross as they help redress damages of Harvey and Quebe Sisters have also joined them in this effort.

The Granada Theatre, as a nonprofit organization usually focuses profits on preservation of the theatre, but after recent Tracy Byrd  concert the night Harvey hit Houston Williams was inspired to act. The band has roots in traditional Texas fiddle playing combined with vocal harmonies.

The trio contributed part of their profits from merchandise in addition to tickets sold by the Granada. Next event on the Granada's list is their inaugural Highway 99 Roots Music Festival October 14, admission is free they will have a Beer Garden, BBQ & a line up musicians playing atop the theatre's marquee.
