The Kansas Leadership Center is embarking on a statewide journey starting Monday.

KLC will be hitting the road for its second annual state tour which will be stopping in Emporia Tuesday. All residents are invited to attend a special one-hour breakfast at the Newman Regional Health Conference Center.

During this time KLC representatives will meet with local residents to discuss a new approach to leadership that can be practiced anywhere. Vice President Julia Fabris McBride tells KVOE News this is similar to an event KLC ran at the time of its inception back in 2007.

The event is free to attend and will run from 7 am to 8 am. Anyone wishing to attend needs to RSVP. KLC will accept RSVP's up until the beginning of the event, however, the sooner the better.
