Former Kansas Secretary of State Kris Kobach is bringing his US Senate campaign to Emporia next week.

Kobach will appear at the Lyon County Courthouse Annex, 402 Commercial, as part of the Kansans for Constitutional Integrity meeting Tuesday evening.

Kobach was elected as secretary of state in 2010 and served two terms before running unsuccessfully for governor in 2018. He's among a crowded field of candidates hoping to replace Pat Roberts when his term as Senator ends this year, including fellow Republicans like current US Congressman Roger Marshall and Kansas Senate President Susan Wagle along with Democrats like Kansas Senator Barbara Bollier and Manhattan City Commissioner Usha Reddi.

The meeting goes from 6:30-9 pm.
