In a recent interview with KVOE News, Good's Cash Saver and Country Mart store manager Gary Andrews says they still have plenty of supplies available for local shoppers. However, he says they are still not at the same volume they were back in March.
Andrews says that is partially to do with the supply line being somewhat limited due to major demand across the country.
As was the case in late March and much of April, cleaning supplies and paper goods have been claimed at much higher levels than normal since early November.
At this time there are no restrictions in place for purchasing materials like there were back in the early months of the pandemic and Andrews says that is what they would like to see continue. In order for that to happen, however, Andrews says shoppers need to avoid "going overboard" when it comes to stocking up on supplies.
He encourages residents to simply purchase the materials and supplies they need for the time being and try to refrain from purchasing items to stock up for months in advance.
