2017 Glass Blown Open Tournament is underway, weather will not deter golfers

1,200 Glass Blown Open disc golfers teed off Thursday and participants plan to play through Saturday, regardless of the weather.

Jeremy Rusco and Doug Bjeerkaas of Dynamic Discs were on KVOE News Maker segment Friday morning to kick off the second day of the tournament, which teed off at 7:30 a.m. They said that the tournament will continue, rain or shine.

With Saturday's forecast looking a bit wet, lightning could delay - but not cancel - some tournament play says Bjeerkaas.
