Friday could well be a soggy day.
Showers are expected after noon. TV-13 meteorologist Doug Meyers says they may not leave the area until Saturday, although there will be some breaks in the rainfall.

Half an inch to an inch of rain could be commonplace across the KVOE listening area through noon Saturday.
Greenwood County is in a flood watch until 7 am Saturday with the risk of heavier rain to our south. More rain chances are in the forecast beginning Monday night.
