Reward offered for information on church burglary

Lyon County Crime Stoppers are offering a cash reward of up to $1,000 for information leading to the arrest of those responsible for a recent church burglary.
On June 16, the Emporia Police Department took a report of a burglary to an equipment shed in the parking lot east of the Grace United Methodist Church at 2 Neosho Street. Church members reported finding the lock missing from the shed's door and a push lawnmower missing from inside the shed. A neighbor reports seeing two men in a white pickup taking the mower from the shed on June 12.
The mower is described as a red push mower with power assisted wheels and most likely a Toro brand.
