Emporia teacher receives large gift

One lucky teacher is seeing just how many supplies she can handle.

Every year teachers use their own money to purchase supplies for children in their classroom that go beyond standard lists. On Tuesday morning, one teacher didn't have to anymore.
This year Flinthills Mall and their parent company completed their 2nd annual Teacher's Dream List Drive which landed Sacred Hearts' Michelle Blaufuss with a truckload of items to fill her personal classroom supplies dream list.
Items donated included a sound system and CD player, several bookshelves, craft paper, binders and much more.
Blaufuss says she didn't know she was going to receive anything.
Blaufuss says her wishlist was created with no limits attached.
Sacred Hearts School also received an additiional 1,400 items courtesy of Walmart.
