Rick McNary is VP of Private and Public Partnerships and VP of Communications for The Outreach Program, an international nonprofit.

Rick is known for his efforts in the hunger space to provide relief and development solutions to feed the hungry and help them break the cycle of poverty. He serves on the Executive Board for the Alliance to End Hunger in Washington, D.C.

He is the author of, Hunger Bites: Bite Size Stories of InspirationVoices on the Prairie – a novel set in the Flint Hills;and The Cows of Hobson’s Pond – Mostly True Stories of Growing Up Kansas. He writes monthly stories of farm and ranch families for Kansas Farm Bureau’s Kansas Living Magazine. In addition, he writes for several national fly-fishing magazines and is a regular contributor to the Kansas Department of Wildlife and Parks Magazine.
