Weather delays start of State Dive meet

Lighting forced the postponement of the first round of competition at the State diving meet in Topeka Thursday. They will do 8 dives today with the final 3 dives to be done Saturday. Emporia High has 3 divers competing, defending state champion Haylee Weiss, Whitney Sparks and Karalyn Karjala. The State swim meet begins Friday.
 
 
Emporia Highs Jaden Silva will be swimming in the 200 and 500 free.

Jaden will also be a part of the 200 and 400 free relays along with Lauren Duncan.
