Hornets add full pads on day 5, O-Line stacked

The Emporia State football team held their 5th practice and first in full pads Friday.
 
 
Coach Garin Higgins said it was a step in the right direction.
 
 
 
 
The offensive line returns 6 players that have started. There are also 6 seniors, 5 of them a part of the 2013 recruiting class. Senior center Jake Warehime has made 27 consecutive starts.
 
 
 
 
Senior Thomas O'Grady made 4 starts at guard last year.
 
 
 
 
Senior Dylan Hall is battling for one of the guard spots.
 
 
 
 
Sophomore Estevan Arana made 8 starts last year at tackle.
 
 
 
 
Senior Dane Riley has made 13 consecutive starts at tackle.
Joe Pomatto and Cole Cruz are also returning seniors. After setting out last season Stephen Williams returns.
