Emopria High tennis players at State, Start postponed until Saturday

Emporia High has  4 players competing at the 5A State tennis tournament that will now begin Saturday due to  rain.


Sophomore Ashley DeBauge is making her second trip to state and will be out to add to her regional championship.

Senior Seki Anderson is making her 3rd trip to State, the second time as a singles player.

The doubles team of Ashten Scheller and Chelsea Herrarte will also be competing at State. For Ashten Scheller this is her 3rd trip to State.

Chelsea Herrarte is making her first appearence at State.
