Wichita State loses to Louisiana Tech in season opener Featured

Louisiana Tech spoiled the season opener for Wichita State. Tech out scored the Shockers 71-58 Tuesday night.

Wichita State led by 5 early in the game but would trail by as many a 14 in the game. Coach Gregg Marshall, on Shocker Radio, said there were a number of things they need to improve.

Erik Stevenson led the Shockers in scoring with 16 points. Dexter Dennis added 10 points.
Wichita State plays Providence on Friday.
