Emporia High softball Coach Troy Chapman steps down Featured

After 11 seasons Emporia High softball Coach Troy Chapman is stepping down.

He says he is stepping down so he can attend more his daughters activities.
He said it was a tough decision and will miss spending time on the softball diamond coaching the girls.

The Lady Spartans did not have a season this past spring due to Coronavirus.
In the last full season in 2019 the Lady Spartans played in the 5A State tournament.
