Emporia State football getting better during fall practices Featured

While 6 MIAA schools are preparing to play football games or hold scrimmages this fall. Emporia State remains focused on development.

Coach Garin Higgins says they are improving.

Redshirt Sophomore quarterback Braden Gleason, who was the starter in the final 2 games last year, says the fall practices have been beneficial.

Junior linebacker Dawson Hammes says its good just to be back on the football field.

Emporia State does hold an inter-squad scrimmage on Saturdays.
