KU football vs Texas postponed. KU mens basketball vs Kentucky December 1st Featured

(kuathletics) The Kansas football game against Texas Scheduled for Saturday, November 21 has been postponed due to KU’s inability to meet the minimum position requirements established by the Big 12 Conference.

The position group affected has a combination of injuries and contact tracing.
The game has been rescheduled for December 12th.

The Jayhawks are now set to play next on November 28 at home against TCU.

Since November 8th, the KU football program has performed 825 COVID-19 tests with five returning positive on different testing days during that time span.

No. 6 Kansas mens basketball team will face No. 10 Kentucky in the 2020 State Farm Champions Classic at Bankers Life Fieldhouse in Indianapolis on Tuesday, December 1, at 8:30 p.m.

Traditionally, the State Farm Champions Classic has been a doubleheader played at the same location with national powers Duke and Michigan State joining Kansas and Kentucky in the annual event which began 2011. With the worldwide pandemic, this year’s Champions Classic will have Duke host Michigan State in Durham, North Carolina, on Dec. 1 at 6:30 p.m., just before the Kansas-Kentucky contest.
There will be no spectators in attendance at any of the Champions Classic contests.
