Emporia High diver Braxton Higgins finished in 1st place at the Wichita North invitational Friday. He finished the 11 dive competition with a score of 425.90.

The Emporia High boys and girls wrestling teams will be competing at the Dodge City Invitational Saturday.
Evelin Geronimo will be wrestling at 101 pounds for the Lady Spartans.
