Structural and strategic planning updates are ahead for USD 253 Board of Education members when they convene for their final meeting of the calendar year Wednesday evening.
Board members will receive the latest district strategic plan quarterly update from USD 253 Superintendent Dr. Allison Anderson Harder as part of the agenda. Just before that, board members will receive an update on structural issues at the Mary Herbert Education Center from Assistant Superintendent of Business Operations Dr. Pam Stranathan.
A benefits and enrollment update from IMA and the first reading of the 2025-26 Emporia Middle School enrollment guide will also take place. Board members have two executive sessions, one for the acquisition of property and the other for superintendent evaluation planned.
The meeting will begin at 6 pm inside of the Mary Herbert Education Center.
