Cheryl Dains, 47, will appear before Judge Jeffry Larson at 2 p.m. to learn her fate. Dains entered a no contest plea during a June 6 hearing and was subsequently found guilty on felony charges of possession of methamphetamine and burglary of a non-dwelling.
Dains and co-defendants Julian Castillo, Jeffrey Muoio and Nichole Rice were charged after a break-in at the mall Nov. 4.
Authorities say the Buckle and Hibbett Sports were burglarized during the incident with more than $20,000 in reported losses. Many of the items were recovered shortly after the burglary.
