One of two defendants in a set of local business burglary cases is having a pretrial hearing Tuesday in Lyon County District Court.

Lesli Fontenot will be in court at 2 pm. She has been accused of burglary, conspiracy to commit burglary, felony theft and felony criminal damage after reported burglaries at TP Jewelry and Pawn on May 9 and Kari's Diamonds and Bridal on May 16. She's also charged with conspiracy to commit theft, attempted theft and criminal damage after what authorities say was a robbery attempt at Giefer's Car Wash, 101 South Commercial, on May 16.

Fontenot's hearing comes less than a week after co-defendant Nicholas Hall pleaded no contest to burglary at Kari's Diamonds, theft at TP Jewelry and Pawn and criminal damage at Mr. G's Car Wash, 716 East 12th, on May 10.
