The rain comes with the southern half of the KVOE listening area -- southern Lyon, northern Greenwood, most of Chase and Coffey counties -- now in moderate drought and the northern half still abnormally dry, according to the US Drought Monitor.
More rainfall is possible Monday into Wednesday, with a rain-snow mix unlikely but possible Friday.
