The CareArc Board of Directors received their traditional slate of reports as part of their monthly meeting Tuesday afternoon.
Members received the standard financial, CQI and clinical reports from Clinic Director Tammy Black and Dental Director Regan Orr. On top of the reports, the board also reviewed the agency’s organizational chart and held one executive session for financial matters.
The CareArc board will reconvene for its monthly meeting in April.
