Financial and enrollment matters will highlight the USD 253 Emporia Board of Education meeting Wednesday.
Board members could pass an agenda item regarding re-employment of district administrators through June 2024. The board could also approve the second year of a two-year partnership with the Kansas Department for Children and Families on a support liaison before receiving a health insurance update from Brown & Brown out of Wichita.
Board members will also consider an update to the Emporia Middle School’s enrollment guide for the upcoming academic year beginning in June.
Three executive sessions are on the agenda, including one each for superintendent evaluation, student matters and personnel items.
The meeting starts at 6:30 pm at Mary Herbert Education Center.
