Lyon County Commissioners will receive the latest quarterly update from CareArc when they convene for their regular action meeting Thursday morning.
The quarterly update from CareArc administration will close out the meeting which will also see commissioners consider several grant application requests from Community Corrections Director Erin Rodriguez and Beverly Hillbish. This list of items includes the fiscal year 2025 grant application and Kansas Department of Corrections juvenile services grant, the KDOC budget, the Juvenile Corrections Advisory Board grant and budget application and the Juvenile Justice Reinvestment grant and budget application.
Lyon County Controller Dan Williams will also submit an invoice from ValuNet Fiber for software assurance totaling $11,628, the renewal of Open E Storage Software 24/7 support totaling $3,038 and the renewal of VM Ware Production Support totaling more than $3,100. Williams will also submit a contract update with Silverson Security for the Lyon County Fairgrounds.
Three executive sessions are also planned, two for non-elected personnel and one for legal matters. The meeting begins at 9 am inside of the Lyon County Courthouse Commission Chambers.
