Wright has stops as CEO at hospitals in Peoria, Ill., Lansing, Mich., and Bay City, Mich. He has experience with Critical Access operations, something Newman Regional Health has been pursuing the past six months as it looks to add a significant revenue stream to its bottom line.
Wright holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in management and administration from the University of Indiana. He officially replaces Bob Driewer, who resigned about 18 months ago. John Rossfeld has been serving as interim CEO since Driewer resigned.
A public meet-and-greet has been set for 9:30 to 10:30 am Thursday at the hospital’s Sunflower Conference Room. RSVPs are requested by Wednesday. Call 343-6800 ext. 2524 for information.
