A man charged with aggravated battery has been bound over for a pre-trial conference next month.
Cesareo Zuniga-Ibarra has been bound over for a pre-trial conference on August 12 at 2pm in Lyon County District Court.
Details of Zuniga-Ibarra’s case include him getting into a fight in September of 2013, and Zuniga-Ibarra not registering as a violent offender this past spring. He was considered a wanted fugitive by the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office before he was captured a month ago.
