The Emporia High girls diving team began their season Tuesday, finishing 1-2-3 in the Emporia High Invitational
Halee Weiss finished in 1st place, Whitney Sparks finished 2nd.
Karalyn Karjala finished in 3rd place.
Halee Weiss is a 2 time state champion.
Senior Whitney Sparks who placed 5th and Sophomore Karalyn Karjala who finished in 15th place at State also return.
The swim team opens their season Thursday.
