A special presentation is taking place on the Emporia State campus Wednesday evening.
The Rachel’s Challenge presentation will be at 7 pm at the Memorial Union Ballroom. Rachel’s Challenge was created to honor the memory of Rachel Joy Scott, the first victim of the 1999 Columbine school shooting.
Rachel’s uncle, Larry Scott, will discuss how to form a chain reaction of kindness locally. The non-profit organization was created to inspire people to replace violence and bullying with acts of respect and compassion.
