Lyon County commissioners have an action meeting Thursday.
Commissioners will consider what’s called a “concurrence of agreements” with contractors for ongoing improvements to Lyon County Rural Water District No. 1 in and around Americus. A new water tower will be built for the district after the construction of new water lines in Americus the past several years.
In addition, commissioners will look at a request from County Appraiser Gary Stapp for a commercial analysis quote. Purchase requests from the Facilities and Road and Bridge departments are also on the agenda.
The meeting starts at 8 am in the County Courthouse.
