Central Missouri out scored the Emporia State baseball team 4-1 in game 1 of a 3 game series Friday.
Central scored 2 runs in the first and 2nd innings to take a 4-0 lead. Emporia State scored their lone run in the 8th inning when Trevor Turner scored on a Brian Grove double. Game 2 is scheduled to be played Saturday afternoon in Warrensburg, Missouri.
