Steve has been a part of KVOE’s High School broadcast team, covering the Emporia High Spartans for 25+ years. Only a few years during that time, Steve was with our sister FM (KVOE) doing color for area high school games.
Steve has worked with Tim Miller on KVOE, broadcasting Emporia High football and basketball for over two decades. Steve graduated from Olpe High School and then earned a degree in marketing/management from Kansas State Teachers College (ESU).
A veteran of the Vietnam War, Steve was a U.S. Army Staff Sgt. from 1969-1970. Married to Kathleen for over 50 years, the Inwoods have two children, Stephanie and Brian.
When not working as an account representative for KVOE, Steve enjoys golfing and sports.
