Sentencing is coming Thursday afternoon for Joseph Paul Jones.
A one-hour setting is scheduled for 2:30 p.m. Thursday. In January, Jones was convicted after pleading no-contest to one count of non-residential burglary. As a result, prosecutors dismissed the remaining 39 counts against him. He had been accused of multiple burglaries of better than a dozen local businesses in late April and early May 2014.
Sentencing has already been delayed several times, including once due to inclement weather.
