An Osage County woman was hurt in a Shawnee County wreck Thursday.
The crash happened shortly before 9 am about 10 miles southwest of Topeka. The Kansas Highway Patrol says 61-year-old Ruthann Doviak of Carbondale was northbound on South Auburn Road when her SUV went off the road for unknown reasons near 125th Road. Doviak overcorrected and went into a ditch.
Doviak was taken to Stormont-Vail Hospital in Topeka with what the Highway Patrol says were possible injuries. Her condition has not been released. Doviak was wearing her seat belt when the crash happened.
