Music could be heard at Peter Pan Park on Sunday as Emporia State University’s A Cappella Choir and Chamber Choir performed.
A crowd had gathered at Peter Pan Park Amphitheater for ESU’s free outdoor choir concert. Students chose different styles of music for each song.
All song came from Beck Hansen’s Song Reader album, which was released as only sheet music in 2012.
ESU Director of Choral Activities Dr. Robert Ward said this was the last performance of the year for both choirs, but many members will be returning next year. Ward said the choirs may plan a similar event next year.
