The Kansas City Royals won a wind swept slug fest Thursday afternoon out scoring the Detroit Tigers 10-6.
Salvador Perez hit a 2 run homerun to give the Royals a 4-2 lead. Jorge Soler and Alex Gordon hit solo homeruns.
Lucas Duda was 3 for 4 with 4 RBI. The Royals and Tigers play again Friday night. First pitch will be at 7:15p. The game will be broadcast on KVOE 1400AM/96.9FM.
