The Emporia High boys golf team finished in 5th place out of 13 teams at the Junction City Invitational Thursday.
The tournament was cut short, they counted only 13 holes. Gentry Scheve finished in 6th place. Caleb Schmid 28th and Collin Hopkins 36th. The Spartans will host a tournament Monday. That will be the final tournament before the regional tournament to be played May 14th.
