The Emporia High softball team is also hosting the Round Ball Classic. The Lady Spartans will play Garden City in the late game with first pitch set for 6pm at the Trusler Sports Complex.
The Lady Spartans are coming off a doubleheader sweep of Hayden. Senior Dacia Mast says they need to stay positive.
In the days first game Dodge City plays Andover Central at 3pm. In the 2nd game Kapaun plays Blue Valley Southwest.
