The Emporia High boys golf team finished in 2nd place at the Emporia Invitational Monday.
The Spartans finished with a season low score 323. Manhattan finished in 1st place with a 300. Southern Lyon County finished in 5th place.
Individually for Emporia High Gentry Scheve had the low score with a 75 and finished in 4th place.
Caleb Schmid shot an 80 and finished in 11th place. Garrett Pimple of Southern Lyon County shot an 81 and finished in 15th place.
Regional tournaments will be played next Monday. Emporia High will play in the Shawnee Heights hosted regional.
Olpe will be hosting a regional tournament at the Emporia Golf Course.
Hartford will be playing in the Hutchinson Central Christian hosted regional.
