Local law enforcement would like you to stop by Bobby D’s Monday for the first of two Tip A Cop-Tip A Deputy events this month.
On a recent Talk of Emporia, Lyon County Deputy Zach Shafer said the concept is simple:
Local law enforcement will be at Bobby D’s from 4:30 to 8 pm Monday. The same hours apply when Tip A Cop-Tip A Deputy goes to Olpe Chicken House on May 24. All proceeds benefit Special Olympics with the Law Enforcement Torch Run coming to Emporia on May 30, departing from Emporia to El Dorado on May 31 and the annual state games starting June 1.
