The Emporia-Lyon County Metropolitan Area Planning Commission has its monthly meeting Tuesday evening.
Two requests from Keith Thomas are on the agenda. Thomas has requested a minor plat at 525 South Commercial, and he has requested a rezoning of nearly two acres at that address from Mobile Home Park to R-3 High Density Residential.
Separately, Frank and Lesta Vergouven have asked for a conditional use permit to build a mobile home in an agricultural district at 1863 Road G.
The meeting begins at 5:30 pm at White Auditorium City Conference Room 1 AB.
